On March, 14 in the framework of MIPIM-2018 program at the Moscow City Pavilion the 10th session of Cannes Investors Club was held. Traditionally it convened most active market players and knowledgeable speakers. They discussed relevant market trends and investors behavior in the fast changing global situation. The discussion was opened by David P. Wilson, CCIM, 2018 CCIM Institute President, who presented the CCIM analysis of trends and investors’ preferences in the world-leading real estate market of the United States.

A perfect example illustrating such projects was presented by Mehmet Kalyoncu, Member of the Boards, Kalyon Construction Group. The new Istanbul airport integrates new business and leisure opportunities with modern residential quarters around it.
