Nikolai graduated from St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University with a degree in Property Management. He also has completed management courses of London Business School (Great Britain) and INSEAD (France). He has CCIM and FRICS designations, and a membership in the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
Mr. Kazanskiy is responsible for all units and offices of Colliers International in Russia with more than 350 professionals on the staff. Under his supervision the Company has achieved the best financial results in 23 years of its presence in Russia, the Company’s turnover in Russia has grown 2.5 times and Colliers has launched new business lines of residential real estate, project management and construction supervision.
Nikolay Kazanskiy has been working in the sphere of real estate since 1999, Joining Colliers in 2003, he was appointed the CEO of Colliers International in Russia in 2012, and in 2015 joined the Colliers EMEA Board of Directors. The Russian professional community has acknowledged the high professional and executive level of Nikolay, in 2017 he was elected to the position of the President of the Russian Guild of Property Managers and Developers, the national association of real estate professionals.

Lubov Tsvetkova,
Chair of the Moscow investors’ Association

Lubov Tsvetkova has over 30 –years of experience in construction the residential construction. In 1991 she founded her own development and construction company “Center-2000”, and in 1995 she joined the Moscow Investors’ Association. The Sretenka Residential Complex in the center of Moscow constructed by “Center-2000”, was awarded a diploma at MIPIM-96.
Since 2005 Lubov is a Member of Board of the Moscow investors’ Association and since December 2014 she is a Chair of the Moscow investors’ Association.
In 2010 Ms. Tsvetkova received the national award “Honorary builder of Russia”.

Igor Chumachenko,
Partner, Head of “Real Estate. Land. Construction” Department, law company VEGAS LEX

Igor Chumachenko specializes in legal advice for large investment and construction projects, complex real estate transactions, conducts “due diligence” analysis of land plots rights and their development, as well as assets and transactions related to the state and private property.
Mr. Chumachenko has an extensive experience in the investor-developer contracts and agreements restructuring of developer liabilities.
As an active practitioner Igor Chumachenko is regularly nominated by the largest international ratings in the professional areas, for instance, Chambers Europe 2015-2017, The Legal 500 EMEA 2015-2017, Best Lawyers 2014-2018 and Igor is in TOP-10 key legal experts in real estate according to CRE-100 2012.
Mr.Chumachenko graduated from the Law Faculty of the Russian Legal Academy of the Russian Ministry of Justice and was certified by Redcliffe Training Associates Ltd for the program Project Finance/PPP.  He is the author of articles and comments in leading business and legal media.

Olga Arkhangelskaya,
Partner, Head of the Group for rendering services to real estate, transport, infrastructure and state companies in the CIS, EY

Olga has more than 20 years of professional experience, specializing in property valuation, financial analysis, feasibility studies, portfolio strategies, integrated development of territories, cluster analysis and financial deal structuring.
Olga is a Chair of Urban Land Institute (ULI) in Russia, Certified CCIM expert, Head of the working group on financing and investment within the Real Estate Committee of the Association of European Businesses. Olga was a First Chairman of the board in RICS – Russia.  In 2010 Olga was awarded by Commercial Real Estate Awards as a «Person of the Year».

Murad Nazarov,
Founder and Head of Murad Buildings

Mr.Nazarov is a graduate of Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies and Tashkent State Economic University. He studied in Japan, and later worked in the office of Japan International Cooperation Agency JICA in Uzbekistan. In 2003 he started his own business. Murad Nazarov is the founder and head of companies ISA NABI, AVALON GROUP, FRANCHISING INVEST and MURAD BUILDINGS. Murad Buildings is a dynamic development company in Uzbekistan; it builds residential complexes with appropriate social infrastructure. The residential complexes have a unique design for target groups with different income levels. He has state awards of Uzbekistan.

David P. Wilson,
CCIM Institute President, CCIM Executive Committee Chair, Partner and Executive Vice President of Lockard Development, President of Lockard Commercial Realty

2018 CCIM Institute President, CCIM Executive Committee Chair and one of the youngest presidents to hold the position in the Institute’s 51-year history. David is a Partner and Executive Vice President of Lockard Development and also President of Lockard Commercial Realty. Wilson has closed more than $600 million in transactions for development projects in 15 states. His specialties include retail, restaurant, healthcare, and senior living projects. Since obtaining his CCIM designation in 2002, he has progressively moved up from leadership positions within the Iowa CCIM Chapter to significant positions on multiple CCIM Institute national committees, including roles on both the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. In addition to his development experience, Wilson belongs to the International Council of Shopping Centers, and he is member of the Site Source Retail Broker Network with more than 40 offices nationwide.

Sergey Riabokobylko,
Executive partner, general director of Cushman & Wakefield, Russia

Sergey Riabokobylko is Executive Partner and General Director of Cushman & Wakefield, and a co-founder of the company’s Russian office. Sergey is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is also Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the PSN Group; Deputy of Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the US Chamber of Commerce in Russia; Vice Chairperson of the United Way Charitable Fund; Member of YPO. Sergey Riabokobylko has built one of the strongest teams in the Russian consultancy market. The strategy of building a diversified business, specialized in all areas of commercial real estate from land plots to recreational and hotel complexes, has brought together 14 partners and 12 departments that offer turnkey solutions to the company’s clients. After establishing the company in 1995 with his partner, Sergey became one of the first professional consultants in the commercial real estate market in Russia. He has made a huge contribution to the development of industrial standards and to the expansion of cooperation between Russian and international players. Sergey is one of a handful of experts to have a fundamental understanding of foreign markets, including developed western economies and emerging markets such as Iran, Mexico, etc.
