St. Petersburg business experts and authorities to discuss development of industrial plants and industrial parks

June 10: PROEstate Events with support of the Russian Guild of Property Managers and Developers and Academy of Real Estate (ARE) are organizing PRO INDUSTRY forum. The forum participants will discuss development of industrial market: threats to growth and possibilities to overcome them.
Maksim Meiksin, Chairman of the Committee on Industrial Policy and Innovations of St. Petersburg, one of the PRO INDUSTRY key speakers, is confident that St. Petersburg growth directly depends on the city industrial development. Mr. Meiksin mentions that the city authorities are supporting industrial projects by financing engineering infrastructure on industrial sites (water, gas, electricity supply, sewerage system). For instance, “Vostochnaya” (“Pushkinskaya”) in Pushkin district has been launched recently with support of the city. Engineering infrastructure in industrial parks: “Rybatskoe”, “Parnas”, Kvartal 10A, Rzhevka, is under construction now.

PRO INDUSTRY forum program will consist of 2 parts:
Part 1 – Development of St. Petersburg industrial plants vs new economic environment.
Part 2 – Redevelopment of industrial sites: pitfalls and ways to overcome them.
