PROESTATE – Global Gatherings.

BOMA International has included PROESTATE forum and its’ educational program into the Global Gatherings’ publication – prime-world conventions of real estate professionals.

BOMA International participated in PROESTATE 2015 forum. The forum confirmed the status of the venue for introduction of new international educational programs. In 2015 TOBY Awards (the Outstanding Building of the Year) and 360 Performance.
For the first time in Russia TOBY Awards regional stage was held at PROESTATE 2015. The winners are business district Krasnaya Roza, KR Properties and the Optic complex, LOMO-Real Estate Management Company. The Russian nominee-projects will be also presented at Christmas Summits, organized by PROESTATE Events and the Academy of Real Estate.
The winner-buildings of the Russian stage will be presented at 2016 BOMA International Annual Conference & Expo in Washington on June 26 – 28, 2015.
BOMA International has circulated the newsletter about global conventions among BOMA affiliate members all over the world.
