PROESTATE-2015 competitions

We are happy to inform you that the registration for PROESTATE-2015 competitions is opened!
PROESTATE organizing committee and the Russian Guild of Property Managers and Developers are holding 5 competitions: FIABCI Prix d’Excellence, GREEN AWARDS, PROESTATE MEDIA AWARDS, TOBY Awards, GOOD INNOVATIONS. FIABCI Russia contest is held in the framework of FIABCI Prix d’Excellence – one of the most prestigious international contests in real estate sector, organized by FIABCI (Federation Internationale des Administrateurs de Bien-Conselis Immobiliers – International Real Estate Federation). FIABCI organizes Prix d’Excellence Awards annually since 1992 to recognize property projects which best embody the excellence in all real estate disciplines. The Award illustrates the idea of providing society with the optimal solution to property needs.

Green Awards – all-Russian Competition on Sustainable Development and Energy Efficiency. Objective of the Competition is to disseminate experience of successful resource-efficient and environment-minded projects and to make public promotion of the input of developers, builders and architects into the Sustainable Development of Russia.

PROESTATE Media Awards – all-Russian competition between journalists, covering the following subjects: commercial real estate market, residential development, modernization of urban infrastructure, housing maintenance and utilities, management of residential real estate. The competition aims at developing more complete and unbiased coverage in the media of acute problems in real estate market: construction, development, investment and property management.

Good Innovations 2015 – Competition of innovative projects for real estate. It features best development projects, which use innovative technologies, construction materials and design, improving economic and energy efficiency and sustainability of built environment.
The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Awards are the most prestigious and comprehensive programs of their kind in the commercial real estate industry recognizing quality in buildings and rewarding excellence in building management. During the competitions, all facets of a building’s operations are thoroughly evaluated. Buildings are judged on everything from community involvement and site management to environmental and “green” policies and procedures.

Winners of the competitions will be announced at PROESTATE-2015. The forum will be held on September 7 – 9, 2015 in the Congress Park at Radisson Royal Hotel Moscow.
