CAPITALIZATION OF GENEROSITY:
advanced solutions for postindustrial cities

Moscow is definitely the front-runner in the dialogue of global cities welcoming the Sharing Economy. Within a few years period the city has commissioned the astonishing amount of parks, spaces and appropriate infrastructure for interactive pastimes and recreation. Beyond any doubt, such generosity is beneficial for local communities and visitors, but the question remains: can this huge governmental investment bring serious revenues and trigger big commercial investment? What do international investors accept as an attractive proposal from the city? What are the likeliest development projects near/on the renovated green and former wastelands?

Cannes Investors Club is the key event of Russian program at MIPIM. It convenes the cities and development community. This year decision-makers and industry leaders will discuss know-how of Sharing Economy projects as a new driver of private investments.

New Moscow as a magnet for investment activities and promotion of human capital in the Moscow region. Priority directions: jobs and innovative development. Who needs infrastructural reforms more – the government or business?
