Workshop “Real estate marketing” in Courtyard Marriott Pushkin
May 22, St. Petersburg, Marriott Pushkin Hotel: experts taking part in the “Real estate marketing” workshop concluded that conversion in the St. Petersburg real estate property marketing was 10%.
Yulia Zhaleeva, head of marketing and sales department of Mirland Development Corporation, noted that only 10% of enquiries end up in contract signing, 15% of them are the result of direct requests, the rest are the deals when the client doesn’t know what he is looking for.
Andrey Kotelnikov, head of marketing research department of TNS Russia told about the new TNS product, which enables developers to estimate their success on the market.
Real estate experts shared experience in creation of developer’s brand. Igor Vodopianov, managing partner of “Teorema” company, believes that development of marketing strategy is important at the beginning of construction, not when the project is completed. He also added that a good project sells itself.
Workshop participants also got recommendations concerning possible ways to increase clients’ loyalty, avoid mistakes at the stage of tender organization, and get a product of high quality.
The second part of “Real estate marketing” workshop consisted of trainings. Participants learned about peculiarities of work with different target groups, integrated promotion of a residential complex in the Internet, creation of efficient presentations.
