The teacher of the first in Russia BOMA Office Measurement Standard Seminar

Finally is announced the teacher of the first in Russia BOMA Office Measurement Standard Seminar: it will Kent Gibson, American businessman, President of Capstone Property Management, L.C, President of BOMA Utah.
Mr. Gibson contributed to the development of BOMA Office Buildings: Standard Methods of Measurement (ANSI/BOMA Z65.1-2010) and Gross Area of a Building: Standard Methods of Measurement (ANSI/BOMA Z65.3-2010). He is actively involved in the initiatives of BOMA International’s strategic plan, including developing an international platform and the creation of global measurement standards.
Kent Gibson has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience working in property management, leasing, transactions, development, asset management and portfolio management.
He served as Secretary/Treasurer of BOMA International during the 2010-2011 term and has chaired the BOMA International Audit Committee, Finance Committee, Floor Measurement Standards Committee and Voluntary Codes and Standards Committee. Gibson envisioned and led the development of BOMA International’s suite of floor measurement standards to meet industry needs in pursuit of standardization and to assist BOMA members working with new product types. He specifically contributed to the development of BOMA Office Buildings: Standard Methods of Measurement (ANSI/BOMA Z65.1-2010) and Gross Area of a Building: Standard Methods of Measurement (ANSI/BOMA Z65.3-2010). He is also actively involved in the initiatives of BOMA International’s strategic plan, including developing an international platform and the creation of global measurement standards. Gibson has also served as President of BOMA Utah.
Gibson currently serves as President of Capstone Property Management, L.C. in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is a co-owner of the company which manages industrial, office, medical office and retail buildings in Utah and Idaho. Prior to that, Gibson worked as Vice President/Director for Property Reserve, Inc. where he oversaw a national commercial portfolio achieving an 18.3 percent unlevered return in his last year with the company.  Gibson also worked as Vice President for Zion Securities Corporation where he directed property management, development, leasing and acquisitions, overseeing a growing portfolio of 10.5 million square feet of commercial office, multi unit residential, parking and retail space.
