March 24, 2015 Nevskaya Ratusha hosted the Capacity building conference «Management of commercial property in 2015: leasing and anti-crisis measures in the falling market».
Experts participating in the conference noted that commercial real estate market suffers from increased vacancy rate and decreased demand. Participants discussed possible ways to attract and retain tenants in this situation.
Yulia Serebryakova, Director for commercial real estate sales department of Nevskaya Ratusha, believes that retaining tenants is more difficult than their attraction in the time of crisis. Individual approach and favorable emotional environment are highly important.
Andrey Rostovtsev, CFO of Empire holding (Senator business centers network), mentioned that it is important to be more flexible with tenants. It means not always strictly follow the contract, but take into account interests and needs of tenants, make concessions.
Participants of the Capacity building conference “Management of commercial property in 2015: leasing and anti-crisis measures in the falling market” were invited to the BC Nevskaya Ratusha property-tour. Real estate market experts visited rentable area with panoramic view of the city, parking space, learned more about architectural and engineering specifics of the business center.
The capacity building conference was organized by PROEstate Events and Academy of Real Estate (ARE) http://are-rus.ru/
