Leningrad Oblast is optimistic about investors into social infrastructure

On 28th-29th April 2014 the “Leningrad Oblast Development and Construction Forum” organized by the government of Leningrad oblast, the Guild of Property Managers and Developers, and PROEstate Events will take place in Park Inn by Radisson Pribaltiyskaya Hotel. The Forum exhibition will show most ambitious projects of the region. The Conference program will include panel discussions, conferences and workshops, where the stakeholders – authorities and market players will discuss strategic objectives and tasks aimed at their implementation.

Alexander Drozdenko, the Governor of Leningrad Oblast, has emphasized that such an event is the first experience for his government, so its agenda will contain issues most relevant for the region. Stand of Leningrad Oblast will become the energetic center of the exhibition.

The conference program will start with the plenary session “Unified urban development concept: the art of compromise” with the participation of Alexander Drozdenko.
Leningrad Oblast is planning to organize the development and construction forums on the annual basis.
