Judges of FIABCI 2014 contest are choosing the best project
First stage of the International competition FIABCI Prix d’Excellence “The best development project in Russia, 2014” is terminating.
FIABCI 2014 judges include experts in development, real estate management and leading analysts.
Voting is held in 2 stages:
- Distant voting – competing projects are assessed online by judges.
- Voting in person – will be held on August 5 at the office of Colliers International in the business center “Moscow City”
Participants: CJSC “Regiondevelopment”, KR Properties, CJSC “Classic”, Corporation “Barkli”, GC “Tashir”, Setl City, “Financial-development corporation “Lider”, CJSC “YIT Saint-Petersburg”, Llc “Construction company “S.E.R.”, Llc “Capital-Energo”, Mirland Development Corporation, Development company “City-XXI century”, Capital Group, CJSC “LSR. Real estate – Ural”, TEKTA GROUP, “RogSibAl”, CJSC “LSR. Real estate – Northern-West”, “Architectural-renovation workshop №7”, Plaza Lotus Group, NCC.
The projects are aasessed in 9 categories:
• General description of a project
• Architectural design
• Development and construction
• Project implementation
• Funding
• Marketing
• Project impact on the environment
• Social benefit
Awarding ceremony will be held within PROESTATE 2014 in Moscow on September 8 – 10.
