FIABCI Russia Awards – getting started
Russian stage of FIABCI Prix d’Excellence starts on February 1, 2014. FIABCI Prix d’Excellence – one of the most prestigious international contests in real estate sector. The winners of the Russian stage will be announced at International Real Estate Investment Forum PROEstate, which takes place in Moscow on September 8-10, 2014.
Russian stage of FIABCI Prix d’Excellence is organized by Russian Chapter of International Real Estate Federation, Russian Guild of Property managers and Developers and PROEstate Events.
The contest is open for development and investment companies, architectural and design studios, construction companies, which operate in Russia.
Aim of the contest is to encourage Russian companies to launch quality projects; to strengthen national development standards; demonstrate sustainability of the Russian market; and the high proficiency level of managers and employees working in this sector.
Applications are accepted till July 10, 2014. Winners of the Russian stage will compete in International Prix d’Excellence.
Since 2013 the winners are determined in 11 nominations:

2. Office property
3. Industrial property
4. Hotel property
5. Residential property (high-rise)
6. Residential property (low-rise)
7. Master plan
8. Recreation properties
9. Social facilities
10. Heritage (restoration)
11. Sustainable development. Energy efficiency
In 2013 77 projects from 14 Russian cities participated in the contest. Among the participant cities are Moscow, St. Petersburg, Vladivostok, Yekaterinburg, Irkutsk, Krasnodar, Novorossiysk, Samara, Sochi, Tyumen, Novosibirsk etc.
