Member of the CCIM Institute (USA); Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, RICS (United Kingdom); Co-Chairman of the expert council of non-profit organization «NKSO»; Master of assessment of non-profit partnership «Russian Society of Appraisers»; recognized European Appraiser, TEGOVA; CPM (IREM).
Alexander graduated with honors from the Physics Faculty of Moscow State University in 1994.
In 1995 he headed the company “THE RUSSIAN ESTIMATION”. For 15 years his company has become one of the leading appraisal companies in Russia, taking the top positions in all Russian ratings of appraisers since 1999.
In 1998 he was qualified as CPM (IREM). Since 1999 he has been an IREM instructor in Russia.
Alexander has extensive experience in consulting on the Russian real estate market. Under his leadership several dozen projects on investment planning, valuation, analysis of efficiency as well as development of concepts and financial models for individual properties, large scale properties and land plots were carried out.

Day 1 – 2 Property Maintenance and Risk Management (MNT402)

Develop a first-rate property maintenance program and manage various types of risks by learning the specifics of planning, implementing and monitoring property maintenance operations.
