Vienna school of management welcomes Russian students
PROEstate Events with the support of the Guild of Property Managers and Developers holds a study tour to Vienna. The tour will take place on February 16-20, 2014.
Business tour is focused on commercial property management. Participants of the tour will study the best practices of business centers, shopping malls and mixed-use centers management. Austrian experts will tell about the main trends on Austrian management market and study the newest tools and know-hows for efficient property management. Program of the tour is elaborated jointly with professionals from Vienna University of Technology, FHWien University of Applied Sciences of WKW, and The International Business Multiplier company. Program of the tour features seminars, lectures, site visits, meetings with management companies and practicing experts.
Program of the tour foresees lectures in FHWien University of Applied Sciences of WKW by Prof.Dr. Alexander Redlein, Head, Institute for Real Estate and Facility Management. Meetings with representatives of Online Hausverwaltung & Immobilientreuhand gmbh (hi-tech online solutions for property and facility management), Warimpex, PKF hotelexperts, PORREAL and HSG Zander Austria will be organized. It is planned to visit the following properties: new Microsoft office in Vienna, business center Florido Tower, Q19 shopping center and TechGate Vienna technopark.
From 2006 PROEstate Events has run a successful program of international investment business tours to leading real estate development markets. The goal of such tours is to stimulate exchange and help establish useful business contacts between Russian and foreign property market professionals.
