«OKHTA LAB» is the first Russian educational and cultural space in the shopping center («Okhta Mall», Saint-Petersburg).
OKHTA LAB was established in August 2016 by the FM company of the shopping center “OKHTA MALL” and opened its doors for customers together with the Shopping center.
On the area of about 1000 m2 the project hosts a branch of the Mayakovsky Central public library, Coworking, exhibition area, coffee shop, meeting rooms and a multifunctional lecture hall for 250 people.
