International Real Estate Investment Forum PROEstate
VIII International Real Estate Investment forum PROESTATE was held on September 8-10 in Moscow.
More than 4300 real estate leaders from 22 countries and 70 Russian towns gathered at PROESTATE.
The Opening Ceremony was attended by Mikhail Men’, the RF Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities; Gokhan Turan, Embassador of Turkish Republic in Russian Federation; Konstantin Timofeev, Chairman of Moscow Committee for Implementation of Construction Investment Projects and Co-investment Agreements; Andrey Stepanenko, President of the Russian Guild of Property Managers and Developers; Pavel Goncharov, Director of PROESTATE forum.

PROESTATE 2014 conference program main theme: Investment centers of Russia. Program consisted of 58 different events. Among them: “Russian cities – points of attraction”, coorganized by the RF Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities; Special event: “Crimea: area for investment”; Investor’s Club: “Is the Russian resource sufficient?”; conference “Invest in Russia”.

26 regional delegations visited the forum.
Investment attractive projects of Pskov, Tula, Samara regions, Ekaterinburg, Tumen, the Buryat Republic were presented to PROESTATE participants.
PROESTATE exhibition space was more than 5000 sq.m.
Awarding ceremonies of 5 professional real estate competitions were held during PROESTATE forum: Green Awards, FIABCI, PROESTATE Media Awards, “Young Architects in Modern Development”, Research project “Moscow: new comfortable living environment. Best projects.”
200 journalists worked at PROESTATE forum.
