Development of Leningrad region: business-authorities relations
PROEstate Events announces annual panel discussion “Development in Leningrad region: top-down approach”. Disscussion is held jointly with the Russian Guild of Property Managers and Developers and takes place on February 20, 2014. Traditionally this event became a platform for regional authorities and business to discuss arising problems and find solutions.
A long-term development strategy for Leningrad region has been approved. It has become the central theme of panel discussion “Development in Leningrad region: top-down approach”. Participants of the event will discuss compliance of existing development projects with the new document and try to elaborate a joint working plan.
The first part of the discussion will be focused on regional norms and regulations, height restrictions, integrated site development projects and perspectives for PPP.
The second part covers the following themes: results of approving development strategy for Leningrad region, development of industrial parks, solutions to transport and engineering problems, demand for hotels and retail properties.
