One of the main theme clusters of PROESTATE 2015 is architecture and urban planning. A series of events, including presentations of architectural projects, site visits and Young Architects competition will be organized within the forum. PROESTATE 2015 forum will be held in Moscow on September 7 – 9, 2015.
Before the event PROESTATE forum will become Media partner of the International architecture festival Yarkyfest, which will be held on July 4 – 12, in Yarky Hostel & Space, St. Petersburg.
During the week Yarky Hostel & Space will host open lectures and discussions on architecture, master-classes for adults and children, property tours and design market. Among the invited speakers – Finnish architect Marco Casagrande.
Yarkyfest will also be the venue of the international architecture competition on construction of modular housing. More than 100 participants from all over the world sent their projects. The best 5 of them were chosen by the judges http://yarkyfest.com/ru/winners.html. These projects will be built on Yarky Hostel & Space territory in the festival days. After the event the houses will be used by the hostel.

FIABCI Russia contest is held in the framework of FIABCI Prix d’Excellence – one of the most prestigious international contests in real estate sector, organized by FIABCI (Federation Internationale des Administrateurs de Bien-Conselis Immobiliers – International Real Estate Federation). FIABCI organizes Prix d’Excellence Awards annually since 1992 to recognize property projects which best embody the excellence in all real estate disciplines. The Award illustrates the idea of providing society with the optimal solution to property needs.
Green Awards – all-Russian Competition on Sustainable Development and Energy Efficiency. Objective of the Competition is to disseminate experience of successful resource-efficient and environment-minded projects and to make public promotion of the input of developers, builders and architects into the Sustainable Development of Russia.
PROESTATE Media Awards – all-Russian competition between journalists, covering the following subjects: commercial real estate market, residential development, modernization of urban infrastructure, housing maintenance and utilities, management of residential real estate. The competition aims at developing more complete and unbiased coverage in the media of acute problems in real estate market: construction, development, investment and property management.
Good Innovations 2015 – Competition of innovative projects for real estate. It features best development projects, which use innovative technologies, construction materials and design, improving economic and energy efficiency and sustainability of built environment.
The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Awards are the most prestigious and comprehensive programs of their kind in the commercial real estate industry recognizing quality in buildings and rewarding excellence in building management. During the competitions, all facets of a building’s operations are thoroughly evaluated. Buildings are judged on everything from community involvement and site management to environmental and “green” policies and procedures.
Winners of the competitions will be announced at PROESTATE-2015. The forum will be held on September 7 – 9, 2015 in the Congress Park at Radisson Royal Hotel Moscow.

June 10: PROEstate Events with support of the Russian Guild of Property Managers and Developers and Academy of Real Estate (ARE) are organizing PRO INDUSTRY forum. The forum participants will discuss development of industrial market: threats to growth and possibilities to overcome them.
Maksim Meiksin, Chairman of the Committee on Industrial Policy and Innovations of St. Petersburg, one of the PRO INDUSTRY key speakers, is confident that St. Petersburg growth directly depends on the city industrial development. Mr. Meiksin mentions that the city authorities are supporting industrial projects by financing engineering infrastructure on industrial sites (water, gas, electricity supply, sewerage system). For instance, “Vostochnaya” (“Pushkinskaya”) in Pushkin district has been launched recently with support of the city. Engineering infrastructure in industrial parks: “Rybatskoe”, “Parnas”, Kvartal 10A, Rzhevka, is under construction now.
